September 20th was Papa Bear's 32nd birthday and Miss Mia's five month birthday. We celebrated by going to Chinese with some close friends. We both agree that she's the best present we could have gotten. We both don't need any more presents.
Mia gave her Papa a card when she woke up, but it was slightly chewed on and wet from her saliva. We both got a kick out of her unwillingness to part with the card.
Papa leaves for a Mission Trip to Guatemala later this week and we'll miss him a ton. He's already so sad about leaving and has recorded himself singing and talking to Miss Mia so that she won't forget about him. It will be the longest he has been away from Mia and me.
