Knee Surgery for Konster

Kona rode excitedly to her vet visit this morning, poor thing didn't know what was about to come next. She just loves car rides. We arrived at the Animal Surgical Clinic and once inside she knew it wasn't good. I think dogs have a great memory when it comes to the traumatic experiences they've endured. Dr. Bennett came to examine Kona and she would not go to him or give him any of her customary licks of affection. She just looked up at me with her poor puppy eyes as if to plead with me to save her. We signed the paperwork and then the vet took her away. She'll have her surgery around 2-4 PM PST today. It's the second time around for Kona, so I'm less worried, but I still feel so terrible for her. Like Dr. Bennet said, "She'll have a matching pair and will be good as new".

I'll post a picture of her after we pick her up tomorrow. No doubt she'll look doped up.

As for the Baptism outfit, the shoulders are attached! I'm just having trouble picking up stitches for the arm bands and neck.
