Present from David

I had a lovely birthday dinner. Ken made us some bulgogi and we ate a yummy cheesecake that Mia picked out from Whole Foods. Papa got me a very nice gift, a gift certificate for a pedicure. After dinner, I decided to bath with the kids. Mia likes to call this, "Family Bath". It's easier this way and I usually hand David to Papa and finish up with Mia.

David was a bit fussy during the bath and I thought it was because he had just gotten a shot (the DTaP) earlier in the day. Well before I know it, I see poop floating around as David continues to fuss. My little guy only poops every 7-11 days, so when he decides to go, it's usually an EPIC production. Ken picked Mia up and was going to get David out, but he was crying and obviously not done with his business. Thinking he would be cold, I let him finish pooping in the bath with me in it. It was all in all, pretty disgusting. Thanks little guy for the birthday gift.

Then I went to sleep at 8 after getting David down and let Ken deal with bedtimes battles with Mia.
